为BACnet协议产品提供BACnet协议相关属性的增删改查功能

7.4.1根据BACnet产品ID查询所有功能

功能描述：指定产品，获取该产品下所有BACnet功能信息。

GET  /api/v1/products/protocol/7/property

scalingfactor double 缩放因子，此字段只有type为数值类型有效，默认为1.0。有效值不能为0。
swapByte int 是否交换高低字节(不变：0；变：1)，把寄存器内16位数据的前后8个bits互换。默认为0。该字段仅对type为数值类型有效。其他类型将设置为0。
swapOrder int 是否交换顺序(不变：0；变：1)，把原始数据32位数据的bits互换。默认为0。该字段仅对type为数值类型有效。其他类型将设置为0。
reportMethod int 上报方式，目前只支持按时上报，值 1 : time, 默认为该值
registerAddress string 寄存器起始地址,16进制值，范围0x0000~0xffff
registerNumber int 寄存器个数，用于确定string类型的数据占用长度。只有type为string时该数据有效。
objectId int 对象ID, 仅支持数字，最多22位。当选择同样对象类型时，对象ID不能重复
objectType int 对象类型
propertyId int 属性ID

7.2.2分页查询BACnet属性

功能描述：根据产品ID查询产品功能, 返回产品功能的详细信息。

7.4.3创建BACnet物模型草稿

功能描述：指定产品，为该产品添加一个BACnet物模型草稿。

7.4.4更新BACnet物模草稿

功能描述：指定产品，更新该产品下某个BACnet物模型草稿。

7.4.8根据BACnet属性ID查询BACnet属性信息

功能描述：指定属性ID，获取该属性ID下指定的BACnet属性。
